Present Appointment:

Professor and Head, Department of Ophthalmology, Khulna City Medical College & Hospital, Khulna, Bangladesh.

Training in Country:

As Assistant Registrar in Khulna Medical College Hospital, department of Ophthalmology under Prof. Jalal Ahmed. Post-graduation training under Prof. Md. Salehuddin, Prof. Md. Sharfuddin Ahmed and Prof. Md. Shafiqul Islam, Ophthalmology in BSMMU. He had done post-graduate training on Phaco , SICS and Oculoplastic Surgery in National Institute of Ophthalmology, Dhaka.

Clinical Interest:

Now working in the field of Cataract Surgery Phaco & SICS and Oculoplastic surgery.

Publication:

About 16 publications in different journals.

Teaching:

Long time teaching experience as a Lecturer of Microbiology about 14 years and in Ophthalmology as a Consultant 03 years, as Assistant Professor about 12 years, as Associate Professor 02 years in government Service both under graduate level and post graduate level including training and examination.

Attended many national and international conferences all over the country.
